Why does my piece look a little different from the photo?
Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in colour, glaze and size are normal and part of the finish.
Can I use the pieces in a microwave or dishwasher?
It depends on the piece. Check the product page, and ask us before you order if it does not say.
What if I change my mind?
Return within 7 days for a full refund, as long as the pieces are unused.
