The ground rules for buying from and using Clayserve.
Using this site
Clayserve sells to businesses. By placing an order you confirm you are buying for a business and that the company and GSTIN on your account are yours.
Pricing and availability
Prices include GST unless stated otherwise, and each product has a minimum order quantity. If an item is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we will contact you and refund what you have paid.
Handmade products
Every piece is made by hand. Small differences in colour, glaze, shape and size between pieces, and between a piece and its photograph, are normal and are not defects.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
